Summary
This study tests a drug called tenecteplase (TNK) for treating intracerebral hemorrhage, a type of stroke caused by bleeding in the brain. The drug is injected directly into the blood clot through a thin tube during standard surgery. The main goal is to check if TNK is safe and how well it breaks down the clot. Only 5 adults aged 18-80 with large brain bleeds will take part.
