Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two drugs—temozolomide and M1774—in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. Temozolomide damages cancer cell DNA, while M1774 blocks enzymes that help cancer grow. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can shrink or stabilize tumors longer than temozolomide alone. About 42 participants are being recruited.
