New drug duo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, temozolomide and M1774, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo can shrink or slow tumor growth better than temozolomide alone. About 58 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
