Summary
This study tests whether telmisartan, a drug used for high blood pressure, can prevent heart damage caused by the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin in breast cancer patients. Researchers will enroll 36 women who are newly diagnosed and have not had chemotherapy before. Participants will receive telmisartan alongside their standard chemo, and their heart function will be monitored closely.
