Summary
This study looked at whether doing yoga online can improve balance, frailty, thinking, and quality of life in people who have had a liver transplant. Eleven adults who had a transplant at least six months ago took part. The goal was to see if a gentle, home-based yoga program could help them feel stronger and steadier.
