Summary

The goal was to see if a convenient home-based program could help them feel better and move more steadily.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

online yoga

What this could lead to

If it works, this could offer a simple, home-based way to help liver transplant patients feel stronger and more balanced.

What could go wrong

This is a very small study with only 11 participants and no control group, so results may not apply widely. Online yoga may not be as effective as in-person sessions.
