This study tests a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence to help liver transplant recipients manage their health after surgery. Researchers will track whether the app improves patients' confidence, daily self-care, and quality of life, and reduces emergency visits or infections. About 133 adults who have had a liver transplant and can use a smartphone will take part.
