Summary

This study tests whether a home-based exercise program, guided remotely by a physical therapist, can help people who have had a liver transplant. The goal is to see if it improves their ability to exercise, muscle strength, fatigue, and quality of life. The study will involve 58 adults who are at least 6 months post-transplant and are medically stable.
