Summary

This study tests whether telerehabilitation-based cognitive exercise therapy and yoga can reduce pain, improve physical function, and boost quality of life in adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Forty-two teens aged 10–19 will participate in 12 weeks of twice-weekly sessions via Zoom. The goal is to find a drug-free way to manage symptoms and reduce school absences.
