Home-Based yoga and brain training aim to ease teen period pain

Summary
This study tests whether doing yoga and cognitive exercise therapy from home (via video calls) can reduce pain and improve daily life in teenage girls with painful periods. About 42 girls aged 10–19 with primary dysmenorrhea will participate. The goal is to see if these mind-body approaches can offer a drug-free way to manage symptoms and boost quality of life.
