Summary

This study tested whether an online exercise and education program could help cancer patients and survivors feel better during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thirty adults with metastatic breast or gynecological cancer, or breast cancer survivors, took part. The program aimed to reduce fatigue and improve daily function through guided home workouts.
