Summary

This study is testing whether regular virtual team meetings can help cancer imaging specialists feel less burned out and more connected to their colleagues. Researchers want to see if this telementoring program is practical and if it improves doctors' well-being and job satisfaction. A small group of imaging doctors from one cancer center will try the program, with some starting right away and others waiting a few months.
