Can a phone call help bridge the care gap for HIV patients struggling with addiction?

NCT ID NCT06370481

Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a telemedicine support program is practical and helpful for people in Alabama who are living with HIV and also dealing with opioid or stimulant addiction. The goal is to see if remote healthcare visits can help connect this group to needed care and support. Researchers will work with 30 participants from HIV clinics to gather feedback on the program.
