Remote sleep therapy trial aims to ease MS fatigue and protect brain health
NCT ID NCT06434571
Summary
This study is testing two different ways to deliver a proven talk therapy for insomnia to people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers want to see if one-on-one video sessions with a therapist work better than a self-guided online program at improving sleep, reducing fatigue, and potentially protecting the brain from further damage. They will enroll 90 adults with MS and insomnia to compare these remote therapies over six weeks and follow up six months later.
