VA tests At-Home brain training for Veterans' thinking problems
NCT ID NCT05380050
Summary
This study is testing whether a brain training program that combines strategy coaching with attention exercises can help veterans with mild brain injury and PTSD improve their thinking skills and ability to handle daily tasks. Researchers are comparing whether delivering this training through video calls (telehealth) works as well as in-person sessions. The study involves 63 veterans who will receive either the brain training or a control workshop over 10 weeks.
