Summary
This study is testing a group mental health program delivered by phone or video call for Canadians aged 55 and older who feel lonely, isolated, anxious, or depressed. It aims to see if this easy-to-access program improves people's ability to cope with difficult feelings and reduces loneliness and mental health symptoms. The program is being compared to people's usual community activities to see which is more helpful.
