VA tests At-Home program to help veterans breathe easier and feel better

Summary
This study is testing a telehealth program to help veterans with COPD, sleep apnea, and overweight feel better and improve their daily life. 400 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive a 3-month program of lifestyle coaching and supervised exercise or to get standard care with a reminder to their doctor. The main goal is to see if the program improves participants' physical quality of life after one year.
