Summary
This study tests whether virtual coaching from fellow veterans can improve quality of life for veterans with multiple chronic conditions. About 298 veterans will be randomly assigned to receive peer health coaching or usual care. The coaching provides education, resources, and support over a year to help manage physical and mental health.
