Summary
This study tests a 12-month telehealth program for 400 veterans with COPD, sleep apnea, and overweight. Participants get a self-directed lifestyle plan, supervised exercise sessions, and optional weight management medication. The goal is to improve physical quality of life and reduce symptoms. The program is delivered remotely, making it easier for patients to join from home.
