Summary

This study tests a 12-month telehealth program for 400 veterans with COPD, sleep apnea, and overweight. Participants get a self-directed lifestyle plan, supervised exercise sessions, and optional weight management medication. The goal is to improve physical quality of life and reduce symptoms.
