Summary

This study is testing whether connecting rural paramedics, emergency rooms, and clinics with heart specialists via video calls improves care for people with chest pain or trouble breathing. It involves about 215 adult patients in Wilkes County. The goal is to see if this telehealth system helps patients get the right care faster and reduces unnecessary trips to the hospital.
