Summary
This study compares managing chronic high blood pressure during pregnancy using telehealth visits and home blood pressure monitoring versus standard in-person clinic visits. Pregnant women aged 18-45 with chronic hypertension can join. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, convenient, and effective for controlling blood pressure until delivery.
