Summary
This study aims to better understand the experience of patients with advanced breast cancer who are receiving care at home through hospice. Researchers will use regular telehealth check-ins to connect patients and their caregivers with their cancer care team. The goal is to learn how these virtual connections can support everyone involved during this difficult time.
