Summary
This study compares two telehealth support programs for adults with chronic pain who are on long-term opioid therapy. It tests whether adding a virtual self-management coaching program to a standard pharmacist-led care model is more effective. The goal is to help people better manage their pain while reducing risks related to opioid use.
