Phone app aims to shield cancer survivors from painful mouth problems
NCT ID NCT06315855
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month telehealth program using smartphones can help cancer survivors prevent painful mouth sores and gum disease, improve their quality of life, and reduce body-wide inflammation. It will compare this program to usual care in 100 cancer survivors. The goal is to see if remote monitoring and education can better control these common side effects.
