Virtual therapy trial targets debilitating MS fatigue
NCT ID NCT05848323
Summary
This study tested three online therapy techniques to help people with multiple sclerosis manage their fatigue. Researchers worked with 21 participants to see if relaxation training, activity planning, and thought-changing exercises delivered remotely were practical and helpful. The goal was to make effective fatigue management more accessible by breaking down complex therapy into simpler components.
