Summary
This study is testing different combinations of recorded exercise videos, health coaching, and live training sessions to see which approach helps people with physical disabilities stay physically active over 32 weeks. About 257 participants will wear a Fitbit to track their steps. The goal is to find the most effective and personalized way to encourage regular exercise at home.
