Summary

This study tests a remote education program called Tele-Savvy, adapted for Latino caregivers. It aims to help 64 Spanish-speaking adults who care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia feel more capable and less stressed. Participants join weekly group sessions and watch videos from home, and researchers will measure changes in caregiver confidence, stress, and mood.
