Summary

This trial tests whether a structured arm therapy program delivered through video calls can improve upper limb function in people who had a stroke at least six months ago, compared with the same therapy given in a clinic. Sixty-eight participants will receive modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy three times a week for six weeks, either remotely or in person. The study measures changes in arm movement, spasticity, and motivation to see if the home-based approach is a viable alternative.
