Summary
This study tests whether a gentle electrical current applied to the brain, combined with walking and thinking exercises, can improve movement and thinking in people who have had a stroke. Sixty adults who had a stroke between 2 weeks and 5 years ago will participate. The goal is to see if this combination therapy helps the brain and nerves work better.
