Can a swiss ball help stroke survivors regain balance?

Summary

This study tests whether Swiss ball exercises or kinesthetic training (movement awareness exercises) better helps people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago improve their balance and ability to move around. 36 participants will do one of the two exercise programs for 8 weeks. The goal is to find which approach works best for recovery.
