Home rehab for MS: safe and effective?

Summary
This study tests whether a tele-rehabilitation program is safe and beneficial for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 75 participants will do three online rehab sessions per week. Researchers will track side effects, quality of life, walking ability, mood, and fatigue, comparing the program to simple activity advice.
