This study compares a mobile app-based rehabilitation program to traditional in-person physiotherapy for recreational athletes aged 18–35 with patellofemoral pain syndrome (pain around the kneecap). Both groups follow the same exercise plan for four weeks, but one group does it remotely using the Physitrack app with virtual supervision.
