Summary
This study is testing a group therapy program called Resilience Training for Teens that aims to prevent high school students with mild emotional symptoms from developing serious mental illnesses. Researchers will work with 70 teens aged 14-19 who are experiencing early signs of depression, anxiety, or unusual thoughts. The program focuses on building resilience skills through group sessions to help protect against worsening mental health conditions.
