Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether combining two drugs, teclistamab and mezigdomide, is safe and effective for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 18 participants will receive the drugs in a specific sequence. The main goal is to check for side effects, but researchers will also see how many patients respond.
