Summary
This study aimed to find out if simple online tools could help LGBTQ+ youth get past barriers and seek mental health support. Researchers tested four different types of online content, like videos and links, with 81 teens and young adults in an anonymous Discord group. The goal was to see which tools were most useful and acceptable for encouraging them to reach out for professional help with depression and anxiety.
