Summary

This study will test a smartphone app called CONEMO in 12,400 adults visiting primary care clinics for depression, anxiety, or insomnia. The app has already shown it can help with depression. Researchers want to see if it also improves anxiety and sleep problems. Participants will use the app on a tablet or smartphone and be monitored for recovery.
