Summary
This study tested whether wearable devices like Apple Watches could help reduce anxiety, burden, and loneliness in people caring for a spouse or family member with dementia or mild cognitive impairment. 63 caregivers in the U.S. used the technology for 6 months. The goal was to see if the devices and their apps could improve caregivers' emotional well-being.
