Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week home exercise program using mobile technology could reduce fatigue in cancer survivors. 110 adults who had finished cancer treatment or were on immunotherapy took part. Some also tried acupressure or brief mindfulness exercises. The goal was to see if these approaches improve energy, physical function, and well-being.
