Summary
This study is testing a new training program that uses technology-assisted block-building activities. It aims to see if this fun, game-like approach can help improve memory, thinking skills, hand strength, and dexterity in adults aged 65 and older who live independently. Researchers will measure these changes and ask participants about their experience with the program.
