This trial tests whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to standard physiotherapy can improve hand function and quality of life in children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Sixty children aged 7 to 12 will be randomly assigned to receive either tDCS combined with functional task training or task training alone for one month.
