Summary
This trial tests whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to standard physiotherapy can improve hand function and quality of life in children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Sixty children aged 7 to 12 will be randomly assigned to receive either tDCS combined with functional task training or task training alone for one month. Researchers will measure grip strength, hand dexterity, muscle stiffness, and quality of life before and after treatment to see if the combination offers extra benefits.
