Summary

This study tested if a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) combined with computer-based cognitive training could improve memory, attention, and brain health in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 45 adults with MS took part. The goal was to see if these treatments could ease the cognitive symptoms common in MS, such as forgetfulness and trouble concentrating.
