Summary
This early-phase trial tests a personalized cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D). The treatment involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, engineering them to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying the mutation, and infusing them back. Only 9 participants will be enrolled to evaluate safety and anti-tumor activity.
