First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-stage study tests a personalized mRNA vaccine (RGL-270) in people with solid tumors who have a high chance of the cancer returning after standard treatment. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack leftover cancer cells. Some participants will also receive another drug (adebelimab) to boost the immune response. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose.
