This trial tests whether adding auricular acupressure—using small seed patches on specific ear points—to standard antiemetic medication can better prevent nausea and vomiting in people receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy. About 332 patients with solid tumors will be randomly assigned to receive either real acupressure or a sham version, alongside their usual antiemetic therapy. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve complete protection from delayed nausea and vomiting (24–120 hours after chemo) with the acupressure add-on.
