Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called INB301 in about 146 people with cancer who are losing weight and muscle (cancer cachexia). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help stop or reverse weight loss. Participants will receive multiple doses of the injection, and researchers will monitor side effects and weight changes over 12 weeks.
