Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new type of cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D) and no standard treatment options. The therapy uses the patient's own T cells, which are genetically engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying these mutations.
