Summary

This study looked at whether adding Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to a self-care program helps people with jaw pain (TMD). 135 adults with moderate to severe pain were given different levels of care based on how they responded. The goal was to see if TCM could improve pain and daily life over 8 weeks and 18 months.
