NCT ID NCT07159074

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a special imaging agent called Tc 99m Tilmanocept can find heart inflammation caused by sarcoidosis. About 15 adults with confirmed sarcoidosis will receive this agent and undergo a SPECT/CT scan. The results will be compared to standard PET scans and MRI to see if this newer method works just as well or better.
