First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called TBO-309 in people having a severe stroke caused by a blockage in two neck arteries (tandem occlusion). The drug is given through a vein during standard clot-removal procedures to help keep the treated artery open and reduce the risk of bleeding in the brain. About 78 adults will take part to see if the drug is safe and effective.
