Summary
This early-phase study tested a new treatment called TBio-4101 for people with advanced melanoma that did not respond to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells (TILs) that are selected and grown in a lab, then given back after chemotherapy to help fight the cancer. The study involved 17 participants and aimed to see if the treatment is safe and feasible.
