This study tests a new vaccine called MTBVAC to see if it can prevent tuberculosis (TB) disease in teens and adults aged 14 to 45 who live in areas where TB is common. About 5,500 volunteers will receive either the vaccine or a placebo, and researchers will track who develops TB over three years.
