Summary

This study tested a new drug called tazemetostat combined with standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin) in people with advanced epithelioid sarcoma, a rare soft-tissue cancer. The trial aimed to find a safe dose and see if the combination could help patients live longer without their cancer worsening.
