NCT ID NCT04028063

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (zalifrelimab and balstilimab) to standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin) can help control advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma for longer. About 65 adults with sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery will receive the combination. The main goal is to see if the cancer stays stable for at least 6 months, compared to historical results with chemotherapy alone.
